In our fully equipped machine shop we can quickly manufacture replacement parts from our large stocks of materials. Our quality tradesmen are able to repair hydraulic cylinders from any type or make of equipment, whatever  your plant, we can handle it all.

If hydraulic cylinders are damaged beyond repair, we can manufacture standard parts for our stock to ensure a faster turnaround in the future.

All hydraulic cylinders brought in for repair are dismantled and assessed; we then prepare a fixed price quotation detailing the work required.

If replacement parts are required we manufacture them in house from our stocks of quality materials. The materials used are exactly the same as those used by the original manufacturer. We use the very best seal suppliers in the business and fit only equivalent or better quality seals to the hydraulic cylinders we repair.

If client requires OEM parts then they can be sourced and used if required.

All cylinders are rigourously tested on our state of the art test bench with a capacity of up to 5000psi.
